Please refer to the chart below to calculate your shipping charges. We ship USPS.
The following rates apply to orders shipped within the United States.
If you are ordering from another country, we will contact you after you place your order with the accurate shipping cost.

Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order. The
charges shown are for a single address. Delivery to additional addresses is only
$4.95 per address. "Value of Order" includes the total price of the items,
state and local sales taxes where applicable, plus any service charges, (like
oversized packages).

On heavy or bulky orders, please note that there may be extra shipping charges, which would happen over two transactions to ensure exact charges. The first will be the total of your order plus the regular shipping charge. The second will be a separate transaction, charging you for the exact shipping charge, as USPS dictates it, minus the standard charge that would apply below.

How To Order

Online:

Peruse our site and use our shopping cart to purchase items. You will later receive 2 emails. 1 email stating we received your order, and another email once your item has shipped.

Cashier's check or money order:

This method is a little more involved. You can e-mail us webfairy@forgetmenotfactory.com or call toll free, 1-866-4-glitsy to request an item and tell us that you will be paying by check or money order. We cannot ship until we receive payment. Checks and money orders should be made payable to The Forget-Me-Not Factory.

Phone Order:

You can simply call us toll free, 1-866-4-glitsy. Tell us the item you want, and your payment method. We can charge to your credit card over the phone, but if you are paying with a check or money order, we have to receive payment before we ship.
