Shopping Cart:

This is the most efficient way of ordering from our site. Simply select the item that you want to order, select our link,  and then continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. you can also select the view shopping cart at the top of your screen at any time. The items you select will be automatically placed in your shopping cart. To finish your order, you simply have to fill in all of the necessary info at the checkout.

    Check or money order:

This method is a little more involved. You can e-mail us webfairy@forgetmenotfactory.com or call toll free, 1-866-4-glitsy to request an item and tell us that you will be paying by check or money order. We cannot ship until we receive payment. Checks and money orders should be made payable to The Forget-Me-Not Factory.

Phone Order:

You can simply call us toll free, 1-866-4-glitsy.  Tell us the item you want, and your payment method. We can charge to your credit card over the phone, but if you are paying with a check or money order, we have to receive payment before we ship.

• The 1st, to let you know we've received it. This email will include a list of what you bought.
• The 2nd  will be to let you know your order has shipped. Usually within 48 hours of the confirmation email.

Shipping Rates

• Please refer to the chart below to calculate your shipping charges. We ship USPS.
• On heavy or bulky orders, please note that there may be extra shipping charges, which would happen over two transactions to ensure exact charges. The first will be the total of your order plus the regular shipping charge. The second will be a separate transaction, charging you for the exact shipping charge, as USPS dictates it, minus the standard charge that would apply below.
